 Returns the field type name of the specified field index, which is one of:

• NONE
• BUTTON
• RADIO
• CHECKBOX
• TEXT
• RICHTEXT
• CHOICE
• UNKNOWN

 The index is a number between "1" and the num_fields value returned by PDF_GETNUMFIELDS.
