Syntax:
value = PDF_GETVALUE(handle, fieldname [, richtext])
Returns the field value, e.g. the text
in the field, checkbox status, combo box index, etc. for the given field name fieldname. Optionally, richtext
can be set to "1" to return rich text data if it exists.
